We kick off our Maker University with an amazing presentation and work along with Nina Tran (who will be an instructor on Saturday, as well). Nina will get our creative juices flowing for Saturday’s event - and beyond. If you weren’t planning on attending Saturday’s event - you may change your mind - but even if you don’t, you will leave the program with some creative ideas to continue on your own creative journey.

A little about our Presenter

Nina Tran is a calligrapher based in sunny Los Angeles, California.

She was introduced to formal calligraphy in 2015 and has not put the pen down since! Her passion and enthusiasm to learn calligraphy and penmanship is what propels her to teach.

She currently teaches both in-person and online classes in a variety of calligraphic hands. Read more about Nina on her website or follow her on Instagram.

When she is not writing letters, she enjoys playing board games with her family, long quiet walks, bookbinding, and bullet journaling.
