Beginners: coc recommended playlist

Our workshops are usually for all levels of calligraphers. Instructors are very good at recognizing that a beginner might need extra guidance with some of the basics like:

  • preparing a brand new nib for use

  • mixing gouache

  • creating or using guide sheets

However, sometimes with the best of instruction, a beginner can feel overwhelmed with many of the terms used or tools referenced or methods introduced in a workshop.

We have compiled a Beginners: CoC Recommended Playlist on our YouTube channel so beginner’s can get some of their FAQ’s answered before attending a workshop.

If you would like us to add a particularly helpful video that YOU have found - please let us know!
