Italian Hand

Italian Hand is a playful, delicate, and joyful script that can drastically lighten your touch with the pointed pen. This beautiful hand evolved from italic writing and predated English Roundhand and Spencerian Script. It has a unique, charming quality than can captivate the onlooker and draw them in for a closer look. Italian Hand is meant to be written rather than drawn and is a very practical script to add your repertoire. The lower-case letters are simple to learn and practice. Capitals are widely varied with delicately shades and can be elegantly flourished. This script is forgiving and expressive and is wonderful hand for all skill levels. An understanding of this beautiful script will invigorate your pointed pen script. It is a delight to explore! Beginners through advanced welcome.

Please note: Cost for this workshop includes the cost of instruction; Heather's handouts, many in color, emailed to you; and access to the recordings of the workshop sessions for a period of no less than two months after the workshop.

• You may cancel your registration for an in person or online workshop at any time. You will receive a full refund only if there is another student to fill your place. Your refund will be processed upon registration of the new student.

• If CoC cancels an event, you will receive a full refund of your registration.
